The
ST 1000 is a top quality stair trencher with dual top
and
bottom high speed router spindles precisely in line for
the accurate machining of closed plan stairs. The ST 1000
is equipped with automatic setting template (eliminating
marking out) push button starter with overload protection,
single-phase electrics (minimum 16amp breaker required),
two pneumatic clamps on both the vertical and horizontal
for optimum part rigidity during the machining cycle. The
pitch movement has pneumatic stroke with double action
piston
on the in-feed and out-feed ends of the machine and has
adjustment for different thickness of stringers. The unit
is also equipped with a clearly marked control panel, guards
and dust hoods on top and bottom spindles for ease of
operation
and safety.
