The
ST 1500 is a semi automatic machine capable of producing
both open and closed plan stairs. The unit is equipped
with pneumatic pitch movement and clamping to the top
and side
of the work piece via pressure cylinders. The operator
controls the machining sequence of the heads via an easy
access clearly
marked push button control panel. The ST 1500 has two belt
driven spindles running at 12,000 rpm both have pneumatically
operated plunging movement, quick adjusting jig and combined
brush guard and extraction hood on both spindles for ease
of operation and safety.
