Standard Features:
Heavy duty welded steel construction never needs leveling & is ergonomically designed with a 15 degree inclination
Standard unit is 900mm (3') deep by 3,300mm (10.8') long by 2,300mm (7.5') high with a working field of 2,000mm (6.5')high by 3,000mm(10') long
Electric/ hydraulic 2.2kw(3hp, 220v, 3ph, 60hz) pump generating up to 3,500kgs (7,700lbs) of uniform pressing force @ 0 to 120bar(1,740psi)
2 zone hyd. Spool valve control with 3 position index levers (engage, neutral, disengage) for horizontal & vertical pressing, with pressure relief valve, regulator & gauge, large hydraulic oil reservoir & emergency safety switch
The press is equipped with 3 clamp carrier beams;
2 beams have 1 vertically aligned hydraulic cylinder of 3,500kgs (7,700lbs) pressing force & 1 adjustable 80mm (3.2") lower abutment
The left side vertical beam is fixed against the left side abutment & the right side beam is manually positioned on bearing guide-rollers in a self locking 50mm(2") matrix or may be locked in tandem with the horizontal clamp carrier
1 beam has 2 horizontally aligned hydraulic cylinders of 2,000kgs (4,400lbs) pressing force
The horizontal beam is also manually positioned on bearing guide-rollers in a self locking 50mm (2") matrix
Hydraulic cylinders; are positioned using a counter balanced pulley system in a self locking 50mm (2") matrix & have 120mm (4.75") of stroke
